This covers private markets mergers and acquisitions, where we assist with target identification, along with transactional support and advisory services. We also deal with asset purchase and disposal and assistance with MBO and MBI transactions.
Since inception in 2017, we have helped clients to successfully raise over £250m of debt funding. We provide balanced and expert advice to management teams and assist them in managing transactions to completion.
