Conner Tebbutt grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, and attended St Stithians Boys' College, where he developed interests in water polo and business. He earned an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Cape Town, followed by a postgraduate qualification in Finance.

Currently, he is a Debt Advisory Analyst at FBX Capital. His role involves analyzing client information, structuring funding proposals, and ensuring successful transactions. He values a workplace that balances hard work with enjoyment. Outside of work, he stays active through running and padel. His guiding principle: "Hard work always pays off.
